Skirt Smocked Women

These tiedye smocked skirts are 100% cotton with stretchy smocked waist or hip yoke that easily fits all. Can be worn on waist, hips, or pulled up over bust as a sundress. Nice little side splits. The smaller size will fit a young teen, av size 8 with the XL easily fitting a size 20 Adult.

 Patterns - Spirals or Striped spirals.
