These soft touch tops are  supersoft 100% cotton stretch.  Popular for those who are looking for an alternative to the skinny long bonds singlets, as these are wider & are of av. length.  Available in spaghetti strap only (sorry, wide strap sold out) which can easily be knotted at the shoulder if you buy up one size for growth. Widestrap avail in womens section or see bra strap singlets as the small size will easily fit  girls of av. size over 12yrs.
