Skirt Lotus Teen

These tiedye lotus skirts are 100% light, super soft cotton jersey with enclosed elastic waistband & yoke. Can be worn on waist, hips, or pulled up over bust as baby-doll dress. Wear split- flares at front or twist skirt around to the side for side split-flares. Sizing is very generous, plus more can be found in the Adult female skirt section. Also matches well with Soft Touch Top, being made of similar fabric.
