L Halter-neck Dress Teen

These tiedyed halter neck dresses are 100% solid medium weight cotton with already built in shelf bra and ties at back of neck. Has flattering a-line cut and is a cool & slimming short dress. Sizing here is not generous, which makes it a perfect little dress for a teen.
