Postage & Conditions

POSTAGE

Australian Orders are sent in Australia Post pre-paid parcel satchels.

Postage is Free for Australian orders over $35 weighing up to 3kg.

Express Post is available and charged as per Australia Post Express Satchel rates which can be found on the Australia Post website.

Refer to the table below as a guide to postage prices, calculated by the weight of your order. The final price will be displayed automatically at checkout prior to the payment step.

International Orders: International sea and air mail options are available at checkout. Cost is based on the weight and destination of your order and is charged as per the Australia Post International Post rates which can be found on the Australia Post website. This amount is displayed prior to the payment step.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Colours & designs may vary slightly to photos displayed.

If your garment is to be custom designed please allow an additional 5 days for crafting.

Returns accepted - buyer pays postage costs (to and from) and item must be in an un-used condition within 7 days of receiving the item. Items custom designed (ie, not trad rainbow) cannot be returned if correct design & sizing requirements have been met.
